The Altana

A slouchy shoulder bag in pebbled leather or suede, on a wide adjustable strap.

Named after the wooden rooftop terraces of Venice, where the city goes to catch the light, the Altana is an easy, open-hearted shoulder bag. Offered in genuine pebbled cowhide or genuine suede, it hangs from a wide strap that adjusts through a row of slots and settles into a soft, relaxed shape on the shoulder.

The Details

The strap threads through slotted leather at the side, so the drop can be set without a buckle. A slim gold-tone turn-lock fastens the front on the leather versions, and inside, a zip compartment with a herringbone lining keeps the essentials secure.
