The Portone
A structured flap bag with crossed straps and a gold-tone lock, in suede or leather.
Named after the grand main door of an Italian palazzo, the Portone is built around its front: a deep flap crossed by two straps and fastened with a gold-tone turn-lock. Offered in genuine suede, genuine leather or crocodile-embossed leather, it carries by its top handle or on a long shoulder strap. A bag with presence, made to be noticed at the door.

The Details
Two straps cross the flap and lock into gold-tone hardware, while a turn-lock at the center holds everything closed. The top handle sits close for carrying by hand, and the long strap — about 106 cm — sets the bag at the hip. In suede, the nap softens the structure; in leather, the grain sharpens it.
