The Rifugio

A soft, slouchy tote in suede-finish cowhide — roomy, relaxed and made for the colder months.

Named after the Italian word for a refuge, the Rifugio is a warm, generously proportioned tote in genuine cowhide with a suede finish. It has no rigid frame to fight against: the leather relaxes into an easy shape on the shoulder and folds softly when carried close. A comforting, roomy bag for the colder months, offered in Medium or Large.

The Details

The Rifugio is cut to be unstructured. Its sides soften and gather as it is carried, so the bag settles into its own silhouette rather than holding a stiff line. A single shoulder strap is fastened at the side with a buckle — a quiet, practical note against the soft, matte nap of the leather.
