Named after the Italian word for lake, the Lago has the calm, unhurried ease of a long afternoon by the water. Wide, fluid and quietly glamorous, it is an oversized East-West tote in genuine leather with a soft sheen, slouching gently at the sides. Two long, slender handles let it drape easily from the shoulder.

The open top is crossed by a slim leather strap with a silver-tone clip, which also carries a matching flap pouch that keeps a phone or keys within easy reach. Inside, a fabric lining with a zip pocket keeps the small things in order, leaving the rest of the roomy interior free for a day's worth of essentials.
